All subscription payments are handled securely through our third-party billing processor, Stripe. ProVideoTours does not store, process, or have access to your raw credit card numbers or financial credentials. Stripe provides us with limited transactional tokens, payment status flags, and billing cycle dates required to manage your subscription tier.

C. App Usage & Diagnostic Metadata

Because the App renders and processes files locally on your computer hardware, we do not collect, view, or store your raw property photos, imported video clips, or finished video tours. However, the App transmits lightweight diagnostic data to our servers on a "best-effort" basis:

Activation Events: Sent when you enter a license key. It includes your activation key, an internally generated hardware device identifier, and the device name.
Export Events: Sent each time a tour export is completed. This contains a minimal confirmation record used exclusively to determine whether an account has had recent activity.

D. Website Technical Data

When navigating our website, we may collect standard internet log data, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and basic cookies required to sustain your account session.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

Generate and validate your software activation keys;
Enforce account plan limits, including device activation counts and active subscription statuses;
Process subscription payments, cancellations, and manage the automated 30-day extensions for inactive accounts;
Send transactional emails, including notice alerts 5 days and 1 day prior to the expiration of a trial period;
Provide technical support and optimize desktop software performance.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate our service:

Stripe, Inc.: To safely manage recurring subscription transactions and verify billing status.
